From Sunday through Thursday evening, the chef displays his culinary genius with his a la carte menu which highlights Euro-Asian dishes. Each item is creatively presented and prepared with the assertive confidence of someone who is obviously masterful with both culinary traditions. Items are reasonably priced and portions are generous. The wine menu offers plenty of familiar selections by the glass, half or full bottle. The service is professional and pampering.
