This sleek, unpretentious, almost hidden gem located in the Waikiki Parc Hotel offers some of the most varied and creative Euro-Asian food on the island. Executive Chef Don Maruyama presents themed gourmet buffets for lunch daily and for dinner on the weekends. Locals in the know return repeatedly with family, friends and business associates for the freshest, tastiest and most delectable array of salads, mains and desserts.

From Sunday through Thursday evening, the chef displays his culinary genius with his a la carte menu which highlights Euro-Asian dishes. Each item is creatively presented and prepared with the assertive confidence of someone who is obviously masterful with both culinary traditions. Items are reasonably priced and portions are generous. The wine menu offers plenty of familiar selections by the glass, half or full bottle. The service is professional and pampering.
