This is a fun-filled day for all on the historic Santa Monica Pier and Pacific Park – the scenic open air amusement park. At this spectacular family–oriented event, guests will experience thrilling rides, test their skills at challenging game booths against celebrity guests, and much more.

This even will benefit more than 11,000 Athletes are served by Special Olympics Southern California, which strives to make a positive impact on individuals with mental retardation through a year-round program of sports training and competitions.

Country Jamboree: Join all the fun as you stroll by the sea, enjoying this year’s Country Jamboree theme while listening to great live country music by The Mill Creek Boys and dancing by the Southern California Handicapable Square Dancing Association. Don't forget to visit the great silent auction, petting zoo and photo booth.

Honoree: This year’s Honoree is Timothy J. Leiweke, President and CEO of Anschutz Entertainment Group. Mr. Leiweke is one of today’s true leaders in the professional sports and entertainment industry. Not only President of the Staples Center and LA Kings, he has spent an enormous amount of time and effort dedicated to charitable causes. We are pleased to have Mr. Leiweke as this year’s honoree. There will be a special ceremony in his honor at the VIP brunch.
